Method
Preparation
- Wash chicken
- Pat Dry chicken
- Add meat tenderizer, mix
- Add gg, black pepper, salt. Mix
- Leave for 10 minutes
Mix
- Separately mix cheese, cream, chilly-dhaniya paste, methi
- Add mix to chicken and leave in fridge for 2-3 hours
Cook
- Mix in oil
- Oil Dish
- Bake on broil 500℉ for 12-15 mins till dry
