Method
- Heat oil. Add ⭐ Items. Mix then add Keema
- Cook covered on medium~low. ~15 mins
- Add tomato when water dry & keema brownish. Cover and cook. ~? mins
- Add 🌶️items when tomato soft. Cover and cook till oil separates thoroughly. Should be ~35 mins total to this point.
- Add some water, potato or spinach, green chili(es) and cook. ~10 mins
- Add 🍃items on top and cook ~1 min then serve
Notes
- If using tomato paste
- it’s already soft
- Add like 1/3 cup water extra
