#chicken/boneless main Description, some other stuff

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boneless chicken
  • 1 cup potatoes, cubed and fried golden
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • coriander, chopped
  • 5 red chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp zeera
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • *4 cinnamon sticks
  • *4 pods ilaichi
  • *4 cloves
  • *1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
  • *2 green chilies
  • *1/4 tsp sugar
  • *1/4 cup water
  • *salt to taste
  • *1 tbsp vinegar

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with the * ingredientrs for about half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add red chillies, cinnamon, zeera, haldi, and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Cook for 10 mins, add the marinated chicken, and stir fry for five minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked.
  5. Add fried potatoes and leave to cook until potatoes are done.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
