Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- chopped garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp zeera
- few peppercorns
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 carrot, cubed
- 1 cup steamed peas (half cooked)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- yellow capsicum, cubed
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1 cup brown ric
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Heat oil. Add chopped garlic and onion and fry until soft. Add zeera and peppercorns. Cook for a while, then add potatoes, carrot, and peas. Fry for five minutes.
- Add chicken stock and cover. Cook until vegetables are half done, then add capsicum, green chillies, rice, and salt.
- Add more water as needed.
