Ingredients
- half a large onion or 2 medium-sized onions
- 6 tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp laal mirch (red pepper)
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- fresh dhanya, chopped
- salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till slightly yellow.
- Add chopped tomatoes, spices, and salt. Cook on low flame for half an hour. Add water if it dries out.
- Add chopped ginger and garnish with dhanya.
