Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut in strips
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • green onions, chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil. Add chopped garlic and cook for a while. Add the chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is done, then add green onions.

Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water with some cornflour
  • fried spaghetti

Directions:

  1. Toast the sesame seeds. Add the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, green chilies, and cornflour. Cook for five minutes before adding fried spaghetti.
  2. Add this sauce to the chicken.
