Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut in strips
- 1 tsp chopped garlic.
- salt
- black pepper
- green onions, chopped
Method
- Heat oil. Add chopped garlic and cook for a while. Add the chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is done, then add green onions.
Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp ginger, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 cup water with some cornflour
- fried spaghetti
Directions:
- Toast the sesame seeds. Add the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, green chilies, and cornflour. Cook for five minutes before adding fried spaghetti.
- Add this sauce to the chicken.
