Ingredients
- 1 cup ghee or oil
- 2 cups suji
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- cardamom
- ground almonds
- ground pistachio
Method
- Heat oil or butter, add ilaichi and suji, and fry until golden brown.
- Add sugar and cook on low flame.
- Add milk, almonds, and pistachios.
- Cook until suji leaves the sides of the pan enough to slide out.
- Pour into a greased dish and cut into pieces while warm.
