Ingredients
- oil
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 pieces sliced chicken breast
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 a lemon’s juice
- 1.5-2 tsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- green peppers, sliced
- bell peppers, sliced
- salt
- green onions
- 2 tbsp cornflour
Method
- Heat oil and add garlic and chicken breast. Cook on medium high. Add sesame seeds, chicken stock, and lemon juice. Cook for a while.
- Add brown sugar, soya sauce, black pepper, green peppers, bell peppers, and salt.
- In the end, add green onions and the cornflour (gradually)
