Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp coriander
- chopped garlic
- chopped ginger
- masala curry
- chicken stock
- steamed beans
- kari patta
- salt
- 2-3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- peas
- 1 bengan
- 1 capsicum
- 1/2 lockey
- cabbage
- green beans
- 1 cup 2-3 different types of beans, cut and steamed
Method
- Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, ginger, and coriander. Fry for a while, then add chicken stock. Cook until water dries.
- Add steamed beans, kari patta, green chillies, salt, potato, carrot, peas, eggplant, capsicum, lockey, all steamed together. Add cabbage and green beans.
Curry
Ingredients:
- oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- garlic, chopped
- ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp zeera
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- pinch of haldi
- red chilli
- salt
- chicken stock
- chopped coriandder
- 3-4 green chillies, chopped
Directions:
- Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, ginger, zeera, tomatoes, haldi, red chilli, salt, and chicken stock. Cook until water dries.
- Add steamed vegetables, salt, coriander, and green chilies.
