boneless main Description, some other stuff

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper (level)
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup capsicum (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup tomato (pulp removed)

Method

  1. Heat oil. Fry ginger and garlic. Add crushed pepper, then chicken, and cook until done.
  2. Add crushed black pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and ketchup. Cook for a while, then add green onions, capsicum, and tomato.
