indonesian chicken soup Description, some other stuff

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp celery, chopped fine
  • 2 potatoes, thinly sliced and fried
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 chicken breast, cut into strips

Method

  1. Fry chicken, ginger, garlic, and haldi in oil until tender. Add seasoning (soy sauce, pepper, and salt) then add stock and cook until chicken is done.
  2. To serve soup, first put fried potatoes in a bowl, then fried onions, spring onions, celery, and finally the soup.
