indonesian chicken soup Description, some other stuff
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp celery, chopped fine
- 2 potatoes, thinly sliced and fried
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 chicken breast, cut into strips
Method
- Fry chicken, ginger, garlic, and haldi in oil until tender. Add seasoning (soy sauce, pepper, and salt) then add stock and cook until chicken is done.
- To serve soup, first put fried potatoes in a bowl, then fried onions, spring onions, celery, and finally the soup.
