Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg rice
  • oil
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp black zeera
  • 1/2 tsp white zeera
  • 3 crushed tajpata

Method

  1. Boil rice in water with black zeera, white zeera, tajpata, and salt.
  2. When done, strain water and add oil and dum rice.
