boneless main Description, some other stuff
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup noodles, boiled
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 2 capsicum, cubed
- 3/4 cup boiled potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, cubed
- 3/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp cornflour, dissolved in water
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger. Add boneless chicken and cook for five minutes. Add all the vegetables and fry.
- Add the seasoning with half a cup fo water. When it comes to a boil, add the cornflour.
- In a dish layer fried rice, chicken, sauce, and finally the noodles. Garnish with green chillies, fried onion, and fried garlic.
Sauce Directions
In a bowl, mix the following to make the sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp crushed red chillies
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp garlic sauce
