Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- salt to taste Sauce:
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt Filling:
- lettuce
- cucumber
- cabbage
Method
- Marinate chicken. Grill and chop.
- To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together, adding a little water if the paste is thick.
- Spread sauce inside pita bread. Add chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and cabbage. Roll and enjoy.
