Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • salt to taste Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt Filling:
  • lettuce
  • cucumber
  • cabbage

Method

  1. Marinate chicken. Grill and chop.
  2. To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together, adding a little water if the paste is thick.
  3. Spread sauce inside pita bread. Add chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and cabbage. Roll and enjoy.
