Ingredients
- sarsou - 1 kg
- 6 red chillies
- 1 small onion (cut into quarters)
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 small piece ginger
- 4 green chillies
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1 cup oil
- salt to taste
Method
- Chop finely and boil with all spices (without any water). When the natural water dries, cool it and grind to a smooth paste. Heat oil and add paste and gradually add gram flour.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Before serving, garnish with butter and garlic.
