Ingredients

  • 6-7 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
  • chopped vegetables (capsicum, onions, tomatoes)
  • 3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce

Method

  1. Cook all together for a while then add chopped vegetables.
  2. Mix in a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Add a pinch of salt and the chilli garlic sauce.

Notes

Alternative salsa ingredients:

  • 1 tomato (seeds removed, chopped fine)
  • 1/2 capsicum (seeds removed, chopped fine)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
