Ingredients
- 6-7 tsp tomato paste
- 1 chicken cube
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp zeera
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
- chopped vegetables (capsicum, onions, tomatoes)
- 3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
Method
- Cook all together for a while then add chopped vegetables.
- Mix in a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Add a pinch of salt and the chilli garlic sauce.
Notes
Alternative salsa ingredients:
- 1 tomato (seeds removed, chopped fine)
- 1/2 capsicum (seeds removed, chopped fine)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
