Thai Red Chicken Curry – Modern Honey #thai main Description, some other stuff

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp red curry sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • coconut milk
  • basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 lemon’s juice
  • salt
  • fried beigan
  • green chillies, fried
  • prawns
  • 2 tbsp cornflour

Method

  1. Heat oil. Add red curry sauce and ginger garlic paste. Fry for a while, then add tomato paste. Cook for five more minutes before adding coconut milk, basil, brown sugar and salt.
  2. Marinate prawns in salt and cornflour. Fry.
  3. Add fried beigan, green chillies, and prawns to the sauce.
