Ingredients
- 1/2 kg palak
- oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp zeera
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- pinch haldi
- pinch salt
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 100 grams cottage cheese (cubed)
- 3 green chillies
Method
- Steam the spinach for 4-5 minutes and strain.
- Heat oil and fry the onion. Add the garlic, zeera, red chilli powder, haldi, salt, and chicken stock. Cook until water dries.
- Beat yogurt and milk together. Add to the masala.
- Chop boiled palak and add to the masala along with ginger, cottage cheese, and green chillies. Cook for a few more minutes, then serve.
