Ingredients

  • 2.5 kg mutton leg
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp ginger mixed in water
  • 4 tsp garlic
  • 3 tsp lal mirch (red pepper)
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tsp green chillies
  • 1 kg dahi
  • pinch of red food coloring
  • 5 tsp oil

Method

  1. Marinate mutton leg in above ingredients for 2 days.
  2. Bake in an oven.
