Ingredients
- 2.5 kg mutton leg
- 3 tsp salt
- 4 tsp ginger mixed in water
- 4 tsp garlic
- 3 tsp lal mirch (red pepper)
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 tsp green chillies
- 1 kg dahi
- pinch of red food coloring
- 5 tsp oil
Method
- Marinate mutton leg in above ingredients for 2 days.
- Bake in an oven.
