Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg mince
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsely
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1.5 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 packet lasagna sheets
  • mozarella cheese

Method

  1. Cook mince, rosemary, oregano, ginger garlic paste, and parsley in oil. Add tomato puree, salt, black & white pepper. Cook until almost done, then add a tomato, bell pepper, and onion, all finely chopped.
  2. Boil the lasagna sheets.
  3. In a clear dish, layer lasagna sheets, mince, white sauce, and mozarella cheese. Repeat as necessary.
  4. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.

White Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp maida
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chopped parsely
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 packet mozarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and cook maida, stirring continuously.
  2. Heat milk in a separate pan. When it stars boiling, add maida slowly, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, parsley, cheddar cheese, rosemary, oregano, and grated mozarella.
