Ingredients
- 1/2 kg mince
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 bunch chopped parsely
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1.5 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1/2 packet lasagna sheets
- mozarella cheese
Method
- Cook mince, rosemary, oregano, ginger garlic paste, and parsley in oil. Add tomato puree, salt, black & white pepper. Cook until almost done, then add a tomato, bell pepper, and onion, all finely chopped.
- Boil the lasagna sheets.
- In a clear dish, layer lasagna sheets, mince, white sauce, and mozarella cheese. Repeat as necessary.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
White Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp maida
- 1/2 litre milk
- salt
- black pepper
- chopped parsely
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 packet mozarella cheese
Directions:
- Heat oil and cook maida, stirring continuously.
- Heat milk in a separate pan. When it stars boiling, add maida slowly, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
- Add salt, black pepper, parsley, cheddar cheese, rosemary, oregano, and grated mozarella.
