Ingredients
- 1/2 cup masoor dal
- 2 tbsp moong dal
- 2 tbsp whole black pulse
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- *1/2 tsp turmeric
- *1 tsp red chili
- *1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
- salt
- coriander leaves
- mint leaves
- 4 green chillies, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup oil
Method
- Soak lentils
- Heat oil, fry onions. Add lentils & fry for 5 minutes. Add * ingredients and two cups of water. Cook on low flame
- Grind them and add two cups of water.
- After 5 minutes, add margarine, all the green masala, brown onions, and garlic. Let it simmer.
