Ingredients
- 1 cup daal chana
- 1 cup black daal
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 2 chopped onions
- 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
- ginger
- 3-4 cloves
- 2 pieces cinnamon (daalcheeni)
- black peppers
- 1 tsp ground garam masala
- 1.5 cup chicken stock
- salt
- 1.5 cup rice
Method
- Boil daal chana, black daal, and chickpeas separately.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, black peppers, and garam masala. Fry until onions are pink.
- Add daal chana, black daal, chickpeas, chicken stock, salt, and rice. Cook until done.
