Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast pieces cut into cubes
  • flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • cornflour

Method

  1. Coat the chicken pieces with flour and fry on low flame.
  2. To make the sauce, heat oil and fry the garlic. Add the worchestershire sauce, salt, sugar, chicken stock, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Thicken the sauce with cornflour. Add chicken to it and cook until done.
