Lamb Leg

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 kg lamb leg
- 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1 tbsp papaya paste
- 1 cup yogurt
Method
- Marinate the lamb leg with above spices for one day.
- Heat oil. Cook leg on both sides until golden. Add remaining marinade with two cups of water and cook over low heat till tender, turning leg from time to time.
- Serve dry or with remaining gravy.
