Ingredients
- oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 lb chicken mince
- 1 tbsp crushed pepper
- 1 tsp zeera
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tomato
- 4 green chillies, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger
- kari patta
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 lemon’s juice
Method
- Heat oil. Add garlic and crushed pepper and fry. Add mince, zeera, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Cook for a while.
- Add onions and tomato. Mix well and cook until done.
- Add green chillies, ginger, a few kari patta, and chopped coriander. Cook for a few minutes on high flame then squeeze in lemon juice.
