Ingredients

  • oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 lb chicken mince
  • 1 tbsp crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • kari patta
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 lemon’s juice

Method

  1. Heat oil. Add garlic and crushed pepper and fry. Add mince, zeera, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Cook for a while.
  2. Add onions and tomato. Mix well and cook until done.
  3. Add green chillies, ginger, a few kari patta, and chopped coriander. Cook for a few minutes on high flame then squeeze in lemon juice.
