Ingredients
- 1 mutton brain
- 2 kidneys
- 1/2 kg chops
- liver
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8-10 green chillies, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp coriander
- 3 bunches methi, chopped
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
- Clean brain and boil with salt and haldi.
- Cut chops into three pieces, boil, and remove bone.
- Cut kidney and liver into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chops, kidneys, and onion. Cover the pan.
- After five minutes, add all spices and cook on low heat. When half done, add the brain and liver, fresh methi leaves, tomatoes, yogurt, and mint. Cook until oil separates.
- Garnish with coriander, mint leaves, and lemon slices.
