Ingredients

  • 1 mutton brain
  • 2 kidneys
  • 1/2 kg chops
  • liver
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8-10 green chillies, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 3 bunches methi, chopped
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • mint

Method

  1. Clean brain and boil with salt and haldi.
  2. Cut chops into three pieces, boil, and remove bone.
  3. Cut kidney and liver into small pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add chops, kidneys, and onion. Cover the pan.
  5. After five minutes, add all spices and cook on low heat. When half done, add the brain and liver, fresh methi leaves, tomatoes, yogurt, and mint. Cook until oil separates.
  6. Garnish with coriander, mint leaves, and lemon slices.
