Ingredients
- 1/2 kg keema
- 8 green peppers
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp cilantro (dhanya)
- pinch of haldi
- 1/2 tsp khatai powder (amchur)
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tsp ginger garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add minced onion, ginger, garlic, haldi, red pepper, dhanya, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
- Add keema and cook until semi-done.
- Add chopped red pepper and ginger. When almost done, add khatai powder.
- Garnish with fresh dhanya and serve with a paratha.
