Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg keema
  • 8 green peppers
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cilantro (dhanya)
  • pinch of haldi
  • 1/2 tsp khatai powder (amchur)
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add minced onion, ginger, garlic, haldi, red pepper, dhanya, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
  2. Add keema and cook until semi-done.
  3. Add chopped red pepper and ginger. When almost done, add khatai powder.
  4. Garnish with fresh dhanya and serve with a paratha.
