Hara Masala Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 bunch of dhanya (cilantro), chopped
  • 1/2 bunch podina (mint), chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5-6 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Blend all the above ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the mixture and cook for awhile.
  3. Add chicken and cook until done.

Notes

Alternative method: marinate chicken in the above mixture and cook in a little oil.
