Ingredients
- 1/2 kg beef, mutton, or chicken cubed
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 3 tbsp onion paste
- 3 tbsp raw papaya paste
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp coriander seeds, roased and crushed
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 lemon’s juice
- salt to taste
- 2 medium sized onions, chopped
- 3-4 tbsp oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients (except onions and oil) together.
- Set aside to marinate for a few hours.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the onion golden.
- Add the meat. Fry for a few minutes and add a glass of water. Cook until done.
- Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
