Grilled Prawns

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg jumbo prawns
- 3/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- onions, cubed
- capsicum, cubed
- tomatoes, cubed
- potatoes, boiled & cubed
Method
- Marinate prawns for two hours with red pepper, lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic, oil, and soy sauce.
- Skewer prawns and cubed vegetables. Cook on grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
