Grilled Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg jumbo prawns
  • 3/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • onions, cubed
  • capsicum, cubed
  • tomatoes, cubed
  • potatoes, boiled & cubed

Method

  1. Marinate prawns for two hours with red pepper, lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic, oil, and soy sauce.
  2. Skewer prawns and cubed vegetables. Cook on grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
