Ingredients
- Whole pomfret 1 1/2 kg
- 3 thbsp vinegar
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 1 pod garlic
- 10 green chillies
- 1 bunch fresh corriander
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes
- 6 curry leaves
- salt (to taste)
Method
- Clean fish with salt and 1 thbsp vinegar
- Marinate fish with 1/2 the lemon juice for 1 hour
- Grind the tomatoes, garlic, green chillies and corriander leaves
- Fry the mixture with 1thbsp oil & then add the remaining lemon juice
- Lightly deep fry the fish & spread the green spice (suit?)
- Simmer for a little while…
