Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1.5 tsp salt (level)
- oil
- 4-5 eggs
- 2 knorr pulao cubes
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp kevra
- saffron
- 3 potatoes, sliced
- boiled eggs
Method
- Soak the rice and soak the saffron in kevra.
- Cook chicken cubes in 4 cups of water till dissolved, then add salt.
- Heat oil and fry potatoe slices. Put aside.
- In the same oil, fry onion till light pink, add rice, and fry for a while. Then add chicken yakhni and cook till water dries up.
- Add kevra and saffron. Dum the rice till done.
- Add boiled eggs and fried potatoes and serve.
