Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1.5 tsp salt (level)
  • oil
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 2 knorr pulao cubes
  • 1 cup green onions
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp kevra
  • saffron
  • 3 potatoes, sliced
  • boiled eggs

Method

  1. Soak the rice and soak the saffron in kevra.
  2. Cook chicken cubes in 4 cups of water till dissolved, then add salt.
  3. Heat oil and fry potatoe slices. Put aside.
  4. In the same oil, fry onion till light pink, add rice, and fry for a while. Then add chicken yakhni and cook till water dries up.
  5. Add kevra and saffron. Dum the rice till done.
  6. Add boiled eggs and fried potatoes and serve.
