Ingredients
- pasta
- oil
- ginger
- garlic
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lb chicken (in small pieces)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 bunch spring onions
- 3/2 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
- mozerella cheese
- cheddar cheese
Method
- Boil pasta
- In a separate pan, heat 1 tsp oil and fry ginger, garlic, and green onions with some salt and pepper.
- Add the boiled pasta and fry for a little while.
- In another pan, put a little oil, then add chicken, the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, red chili powder, and soy sauce.
- Add water and cook until the chicken is tender and the water has almost dried. Add the tomato sauce.
- In a final pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the spring onions and mixed vegetables. Fry until tender.
- Mix the chicken, pasta, and vegetables together and put in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Broil for ten minutes, until cheese melts.
