Ingredients

  • pasta
  • oil
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lb chicken (in small pieces)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 bunch spring onions
  • 3/2 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • mozerella cheese
  • cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Boil pasta
  2. In a separate pan, heat 1 tsp oil and fry ginger, garlic, and green onions with some salt and pepper.
  3. Add the boiled pasta and fry for a little while.
  4. In another pan, put a little oil, then add chicken, the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, red chili powder, and soy sauce.
  5. Add water and cook until the chicken is tender and the water has almost dried. Add the tomato sauce.
  6. In a final pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the spring onions and mixed vegetables. Fry until tender.
  7. Mix the chicken, pasta, and vegetables together and put in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Broil for ten minutes, until cheese melts.
