Ingredients

  • 2 cups korean rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • green onions

Method

  1. Boil the rice in the water (no salt).
  2. Put the butter in a pan and fry the garlic until it is pink. Add cooked rice, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and green onions.
