Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 cup carrots, cubed
- 1 cup peas
- 2-3 spring onions
- 1 cup potato, cubed
- *2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- *1 tsp HB sauce
- *1 tsp black pepper
- *1 tsp salt
- *2 tsp crushed coconut powder
- *2 tsp sesame seeds (roasted and crushed)
- *1 tsp green chillies paste
- 2 tsp oil
Method
- Marinate the chicken with sauces and all the * items for an hour.
- Cut pieces of foil large enough to wrap the chicken and vegetables.
- Rub oil onto foil. Place the chicken and vegetables in the center. Wrap tightly.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees (F or C?) and bake for 30-40 minutes.
