Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup carrots, cubed
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2-3 spring onions
  • 1 cup potato, cubed
  • *2 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • *1 tsp HB sauce
  • *1 tsp black pepper
  • *1 tsp salt
  • *2 tsp crushed coconut powder
  • *2 tsp sesame seeds (roasted and crushed)
  • *1 tsp green chillies paste
  • 2 tsp oil

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken with sauces and all the * items for an hour.
  2. Cut pieces of foil large enough to wrap the chicken and vegetables.
  3. Rub oil onto foil. Place the chicken and vegetables in the center. Wrap tightly.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (F or C?) and bake for 30-40 minutes.
