Ingredients

  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves and stalk
  • mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pad surmai fish, cubed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coconut powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chinese salt to taste
  • 2 tsp cornflour

Method

  1. Grind coriander and mint together with half a cup of water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add green mixture, coconut milk and powder, white pepper, and chinese salt. Cook for a while, then add the fish cubes.
  3. Cook for five minutes. Add cornflour mixed with water.
  4. Serve with fried rice.
