Ingredients
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves and stalk
- mint leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pad surmai fish, cubed
- 2 tbsp oil
- coconut milk
- 1 tsp coconut powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp chinese salt to taste
- 2 tsp cornflour
Method
- Grind coriander and mint together with half a cup of water.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add green mixture, coconut milk and powder, white pepper, and chinese salt. Cook for a while, then add the fish cubes.
- Cook for five minutes. Add cornflour mixed with water.
- Serve with fried rice.
