Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless fish, cubed
- crushed red pepper
- crushed coriander
- crushed zeera
- haldi
- amchoor
- 1 lemon’s juice
- rai seeds
- salt
- cornflour
- 3 onions
- kari patta
- 1 cup yogurt
- palak leaves, fried
Method
- Marinate fish with red pepper, coriander, zeera, haldi, amchoor, lemon juice, rai seeds, salt, and cornflour.
- Deep fry. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Masala: heat oil. Fry onions, a few kari patta, and rai. Then add haldi, coriander, zeera, pepper, salt, and yogurt. Cook until done.
- Add fried fish. Sprinkle with fried onions and palak leaves.
