boneless main Description, some other stuff
Ingredients
- 2 cups boneless chicken cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp icing sugar
- 4 spring onions
- black pepper to taste
Method
- Mix chicken with soya sauce and cornflour. Leave for two hours.
- Heat oil. Add ginger and garlic and fry. Add chicken and cook till done.
- Add oyster sauce, suar, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Garnish with spring onions.
