Ingredients

  • 2 cups boneless chicken cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • 4 spring onions
  • black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Mix chicken with soya sauce and cornflour. Leave for two hours.
  2. Heat oil. Add ginger and garlic and fry. Add chicken and cook till done.
  3. Add oyster sauce, suar, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Garnish with spring onions.
