Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- maida
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 crushed onion
- chicken stock
Method
- Cook the last four ingredients together for ten minutes, then add the soy sauce. Cook till it remains one cup.
- Add 1 tsp maida to thicken the sauce.
Chicken:
- Fry 1/2 kg of boneless chicken (fillet) in a little oil and cut into strips. Cook for a while, then add the teriyaki sauce and cook until done.
