Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • maida
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 crushed onion
  • chicken stock

Method

  1. Cook the last four ingredients together for ten minutes, then add the soy sauce. Cook till it remains one cup.
  2. Add 1 tsp maida to thicken the sauce.

Chicken:

  1. Fry 1/2 kg of boneless chicken (fillet) in a little oil and cut into strips. Cook for a while, then add the teriyaki sauce and cook until done.
