Ingredients
- 1/4 lb boneless chicken or prawns
- ? tsp crushed ginger
- ? tsp crushed garlic
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 9 tsp cornflour
- salt
- white pepper
- green chillies
- vegetables of your choice (bamboo shoots, capsicum, cabbage)
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic. Cook for a while.
- Add chicken and cook on high flame, then add rest of ingredients
- When chicken is almost done, add vegetables and cornflour.
