#chicken/boneless main needs_Mama Description, some other stuff

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb boneless chicken or prawns
  • ? tsp crushed ginger
  • ? tsp crushed garlic
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 9 tsp cornflour
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • green chillies
  • vegetables of your choice (bamboo shoots, capsicum, cabbage)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic. Cook for a while.
  2. Add chicken and cook on high flame, then add rest of ingredients
  3. When chicken is almost done, add vegetables and cornflour.
