Ingredients

  • 300 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, blended
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • haldi
  • salt
  • 1 tsp dried methi (fenugreek)
  • 3/2 tsp cream

Method

  1. Heat oil. Add ginger & garlic paste and chopped onion. When soft, add tomato puree, chilli powder, haldi, and salt. Cook for a while.
  2. Add chicken. When almost done, add methi and cream. Garnish with chopped ginger and coriander.
