Chicken Cream Soup

Ingredients

• 4 cups chicken stock
• oil
• butter
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 4 tbsp maida
• 1 cup milk
• white pepper
• salt
• sauted chicken cubes

Method

1. Heat oil and butter and add chopped garlic and maida. Cook until color changes.
2. Add chicken stock, milk, white pepper, and salt. Cook for a while, then add chicken cubes. Cook for 10 more minutes.
