Ingredients

  • 200 grams chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • chopped garlic
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 5 green chillies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Marinate with chopped garlic, soya sauce, black pepper, egg white, wheat flour, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and steam.
  2. To make the sauce, heat oil, add chopped garlic, 1 tbsp soya sauce, some water and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add bell pepper, green chillies, and cornflour. Cook until gravy thickens.
  4. Add steamed chicken and spring onions. Cook for 2 more minutes.
