Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp talhar mirch
- pinch of haldi
- 1 level tsp salt
- 2 lemon’s juice
- 1/2 tsp dhanya powder
- 1/4 tsp black peper
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 3/2 tbsp fresh ginger garlic
- 1/2 tsp zeera powder
Method
- Make deep cuts in the chicken and marinate with above ingredients for a few hours.
- Cook in a steamer for half an hour.
- Put the cooked chicken in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over it and spray with oil.
- Cook in preheated oven for five minutes on high then for ten on low flame or grill for a few minutes.
