Batter

Base

Method
- To make the base, crush the biscuits and mix well with sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of a baking pan and level the surface. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes. Let cool.
- For the batter, beat together cottage cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add lemon juice, cheese portions, and cheese spread. Beat the mixture into a thick batter.
- Pour into the biscuit base and freeze for at least an hour.
- Serve with fresh strawberries.
