Chapli Kabab
Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 tsp chilli powder (mix with meat)
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tsp corriander - roasted & coarsely ground
- 1 tsp white cumin - roasted & finely ground
- 4 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 finely sliced onion (chop other items first)
- 4 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 bunch chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 bunch chopped fresh corriander
- salt (to taste)
- 2 thbsp anardana (optional)
- 1 egg or 2 thbsp maize ata
Method
- Shallow fry in non-stick pan on low heat for 3-5 mins on each side
Notes
Before serving, reheat on high heat in dry pan, until dry and crisp
