Chapli Kabab

Peshawari Chapli Kabab | Pakistani Recipe | Hungry for Goodies #beef kabab main kababo

Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (mix with meat)
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp corriander - roasted & coarsely ground
  • 1 tsp white cumin - roasted & finely ground
  • 4 finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 finely sliced onion (chop other items first)
  • 4 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bunch chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 bunch chopped fresh corriander
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 thbsp anardana (optional)
  • 1 egg or 2 thbsp maize ata

Method

  1. Shallow fry in non-stick pan on low heat for 3-5 mins on each side

Notes

Before serving, reheat on high heat in dry pan, until dry and crisp
