Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken, cubed
  • 1.5 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ginger, ground
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup oil

Method

  1. Heat oil and fry the chicken until light brown in color. Add chicken stock, cornflour, soy sauce, and ginger. Boil over high heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  2. Add beans and cashews. Cook for five minutes and serve with rice.
