Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken, cubed
- 1.5 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ginger, ground
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup oil
Method
- Heat oil and fry the chicken until light brown in color. Add chicken stock, cornflour, soy sauce, and ginger. Boil over high heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add beans and cashews. Cook for five minutes and serve with rice.
