boneless main Description, some other stuff
Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cubed
- 2 tbsp chicken tikka masala
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- salt
- 3 tbsp coconut powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 green sprin gonions
- 3 green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 kg rice
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 8-10 whole red chillies
- 1 tsp kalouji
- 1 capsicum, cut into pieces
- 5 tbsp corn
Method
- Marinate the chicken with the chicken tikka masala and ginger garlic paste for an hour.
- Heat oil and stir fry chicken until tender. Do not add water. Smoke with coal for ten minutes.
- Heat the water and dissolve the coconut powder.
- Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
- Add the spring onions and green chillies.
- Boil the rice.
- Heat oil and add the curry leaves, red chillies, kalouji, capsicum, and corn. Stir for a while before addimg this to the rice and covering.
- To serve, first spread rice in the dish. Top with chicken and garnish with coriander leaves.
