Ingredients

  • 1 quarter kg leg of lamb
  • 2 heaped tsp green chillies, ground
  • 1 heaped tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups water
  • 3/2 cup baafia yogurt
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • oil
  • boiled eggs

Method

  1. Marinate the leg with green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and salt for one day.
  2. Cook in water till the meat is tender and the water dries. Add yogurt and cook till liquid dries.
  3. Mix crushed garlic with a little oil. Brush the leg with this mixture.
  4. Serve with boiled eggs.
