Bohri Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 quarter kg leg of lamb
- 2 heaped tsp green chillies, ground
- 1 heaped tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 cups water
- 3/2 cup baafia yogurt
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- oil
- boiled eggs
Method
- Marinate the leg with green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and salt for one day.
- Cook in water till the meat is tender and the water dries. Add yogurt and cook till liquid dries.
- Mix crushed garlic with a little oil. Brush the leg with this mixture.
- Serve with boiled eggs.
